That is question I have been requested many times throughout my career; but can’t you just use a #20 situation for a custom PC build?
Ordinarily at this stage I’d banish the questioner from the area at this stage to save me repeating the replies! However it is a serious question and I feel that this guide can help address this issue.
Affordable computer cases stand out like a console participant on a Counter strike server. They’re dreadful. Just by looking at them you can tell that they are what they are, inexpensive! Stick on chrome parts and plasticky groves and curves can go far from the area of boy racers (ones without a flavor I might add) but not at the world of computer cases.
Should you stare in a naff case for too long it will get angry, fall apart, implode and burn the space it is living in right before your eyes. I have come across several”cartons” in my own time that aren’t just made from paper, but will push your hand to a million bits if you go to put your hand inside. On the rare occasion I have been able to perform exactly what I have had to perform inside a cheap computer case, no matter how much I would try the damn thing would no return together as it was despite using various hammers, vices and cursing. It does. I have encounter larger lunch boxes than several cases out there. Imagine the scenario, a friend has asked to match an Nvidia GTX295 to his PC a partner built him a few short years back. Being a wonderful fella I am I would agree and ask said friend to bring along their situation for me to fit the swanky new card.

Some people can not appear to grasp the concept of a chassis having any’performance’. These people have a tendency to induce Nissan Micra’s, and grow spider plants. The rest of you probably already know that airflow makes a massive difference to a computers performance. Both phrases’Poor cases’ and’airflow’ never go in precisely the exact same sentence, and for your eagle eyed amongst you, unless it is this one.
For some reason cheap case manufacturers seem to think there is no need to put any fans in their own chassis and the CPU fan is considerable. For the few that have decided it may be a fantastic idea, probably because someone in the factory ordered some fans by mistake and they had to use them they prefer to stick them into daft places where nothing requires two or cooling which blow towards each other.
Airflow creates a massive difference to not just gambling PCs however any PC. It helps keep everything cooler and as a result allow everything to run at optimum speeds (or faster) and increase a parts lifespan.
I wonder if some of these guys that look some if these intriguing abominations think to themselves,”I understand lets move the mounting points 2mm in different directions” or”why should not we look it so the PSU could sit in between two hard disks?”
UK Gaming Computers not only build the maximum quality custom PCs but have great pride in choosing what computers cases to home their works of art in. Whilst we do despise low grade computer cases we occasionally daftly select the odd one out there for some reason might actually pass the quality.
